Comedy Central garnered some of its highest-ever ratings when it invited the legendary William Shatner to be the recipient of one its time-honored celebrity roasts. The iconic over-actor proved to be a good sport as he endured the hilarious, though affectionate, barbs of a star-studded roster of guests that included comics Andy Dick, Ben Stiller, and Jimmy Kimmel; host Jason Alexander; and Shatner's former STAR TREK costars George Takei and Nichelle Nichols. This program presents the roast in an uncensored and expanded edition that includes footage not seen in the television broadcast.
